Every rental includes delivery, pickup and the listed tonnage. Extra days are $50 each. Overage is billed per ton at the landfill rate. No hidden fees.
Acceptable Items
Household Items
Housewares, personal items, clothing, plastics, and paper. Furniture including mattresses, box springs, chairs, couches, and sofa beds.
Appliances
Washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, microwaves, refrigerators, freezers, and air conditioners. Water heaters must be drained beforehand.
Electronics
Keyboards, speakers, and DVD players. TVs, monitors, and computers are allowed but may incur additional cost.
Light Construction Debris
Wood, drywall, lumber, plaster, shingles, siding, glass, tile, carpet, and hardwood.
Yard Waste
Grass clippings, leaves, small branches, tree trimmings, shrubs, and garden waste. Logs and stumps cut to manageable sizes.
Miscellaneous Items
Swing sets, grills, outdoor furniture, pots and pans, wood pallets, and exercise equipment.
Prohibited Items
Batteries
Absolutely no batteries, including car batteries or lithium batteries of any kind. These can start a fire and the renter would be liable.
Biohazard Materials
Fecal matter, deceased animals, medical waste, needles and syringes.
Food Waste
Leftovers, spoiled food, peels, coffee grounds, eggshells, bones, and other kitchen scraps. Use your regular garbage can.
Weapons
Any weapons, firearms, ammunition, or related items.
Heavy Construction Debris
Concrete, rock, sod, and bricks. Tires are charged an additional fee per tire.
Flammable Items
Gasoline, oil, paint thinners, solvents, or compressed gas containers of any kind.
Sizing & Pricing Questions
What size dumpster do I need?
12-yard: small cleanouts and small renovations, about 4 pickup truck loads. 20-yard: medium renovations, larger home cleanouts and roofing jobs, around 8 loads. 30-yard: full home cleanouts and new construction, 12–15 loads. Call us if you’re not sure.
How much does it cost to rent a dumpster?
Our 12-yard dumpster starts at $280, the 20-yard at $330 and the 30-yard at $425 for a 3 day rental. Every price includes delivery, pickup and 1 ton of disposal. There are no hidden fees.
How long can I keep the dumpster?
Choose a 3, 7, 14 or 30 day rental. Need more time? Just $50 per additional day. Call us before your pickup date to extend.
Is there a weight limit?
Each rental includes 1 ton of disposal (0 tons on 30 day rentals). Overage is billed per ton at the landfill rate. Heavy materials like concrete, dirt and rock are not allowed.
