At East Tennessee Dumpster Rentals, we believe in fairness and transparency. Our pricing model is built on a “pay for what you use” model. This means, if your load exceeds the 1 ton included in the price, you will only pay for what it cost extra for us to dump. As an example: if your load is 2 tons. East Tennessee Dumpster rentals will cover the 1st ton, typically $60, and you would owe us for the additional overage. In the example, it would be $60 and would show up as an additional line item on your reciept.
Currently, our services are only available Monday- Saturday.
Yes, it’s important for someone to be present when a dumpster is delivered to ensure proper placement and avoid any potential issues. The delivery driver may need guidance on the best location for the dumpster, such as ensuring it’s on a level surface, away from obstacles, and in a place that doesn’t obstruct access or traffic. Being present also allows for any special instructions or concerns to be addressed on-site, ensuring a smooth and efficient drop-off. This helps avoid delays or extra charges and ensures the dumpster meets your specific needs.
There is no time limit for our residential dumpster rentals. The rental cost covers the initial 3 or 7 day time period, ensuring you have ample time for your disposal needs. After the initial period, a nominal fee of just $50 is applied for each additional day. This flexibility allows you to keep the dumpster for as long as your project requires.
We have a very strict safety policy against moving, pushing, lifting, pulling or altering the state of the dumpster after it is placed for any reason. Violators will be charged a $500 fine. If you need to have your dumpster(s) moved, please call us.
If a dumpster rental is damaged while in your possession, you will be held responsible for the repairs or replacement costs.. Damage can occur due to improper use, overloading, or mishandling of the dumpster. It’s important to follow the guidelines provided to you at time of rental to avoid accidents. This includes avoiding placing hazardous materials, heavy machinery, or items that could cause structural damage to the dumpster. In the case of accidental damage, contact us immediately to assess the situation and determine the appropriate next steps.
